Castle Yggsburgh used with D&D?

I'll be ordering this shortly. I have no idea why I didn't pick it up at GenCon.

I plan on dropping into my 1e Greyhawk game.

And you can even find that in a D&D book, as well (in easy-to-apply template form, no less!).

This is good news - I've found converting 1e and 2e adventures to be a snap (did my entire Dungeon collection), so it looks like it'll be easy to use.

[Hey, IronWolf or Patrick...can you confirm that the Trolls remembered to put an Editor listing in the credits...? And if so, how it reads...? Thanks. ;) This is my first work for a published RPG and I'm stoked!]

I have decided to actually addresssome questions. Go figure.

1. Conversion to 3e

I have no way of answering this with accuracy. The problem is that DMs and Players alike have differing opinions as to how difficult it is. The simple fact of the matter, it is easy for some, not so much for others. The stat blocks are simple and supply level, class, hit points, prime attribute etc. Those are the necessary building blocks. For those who are well versed in 3e and can generate NPCs quickly, this will be a snap. For others, it will be just like generating an NPC in any game.

Now, should a fan perhaps post their conversions in a public place, the whole thing might be made easier for others of like mind. hint hint.

C&C has been called the Rosetta Stone of 'The Game' so it is at least compatible. Have fun with that. If you would like to see a stat block, check the following link.

2. Yes a release date has been set for the second printing of the CCPHB.
