(Iron boots and a scythe, but the scythe has a wooden handle)

Who are you calling jolly?

Santa's boots do not warm up at all (rolled natural 20 Will save).

Round 253: Bullet #9 misses completely.

Glassy grimaces and putters to 40N10E5Z (dropping at the last 5ft so as to avoid the AoO obviously). "Guess what, Santa?" Glassy breathes a cone of molten glass at the Bringer of Toys. "I've been a Bad Boy this year."

Not bad enough, because Santa manages to keep the glass from sticking to him (rolled 23 Ref save), but still takes 2 points of fire damage. Santa has 16 HP left. Glassy can breathe again in round 256.

Round 254: Santa drops his sling, pulls out his scythe "Here's yer present!", and swings at the air (rolled 12).

Glassy goes on total defense (flapping around in a circle -- ending up at 40N20E30Z each time) until he can breathe again and then moves to 40N10E10Z and breathes. He will withdraw subsequent rounds that he cannot breathe, or breathe&move. Time compress? I tend to think Santa will win 'cause he can't miss forever. I just hope to stick some of those glass shards under his skin for 18 seconds.

Round 256: Bullet #10 misses completely. Glassy breathes for 2, but no sticking. Santa has 14 HP.
Round 257: #11 misses. Glassy breathes for 4. Santa has glass stuck to him, and has 10 HP remaining.
Round 258: Santa scrapes off the stuff. Glassy breathes for 2, and Santa has glass stuck to him. Santa has 8 HP remaining.
Round 259: Santa scrapes off the stuff.
Round 260: #12 misses.
Round 261: #13 hits (natural 20, rolled 42% miss chance) for 8. Glassy has 8 HP remaining. Glassy breathes for 1. Santa has 7 HP remaining.
Round 262: #14 hits (rolled 24-2=22 for long range) for 4. Glassy is at 4 HP.
Round 263: #15 misses.
Round 264: #16 hits for 8, and Glassy takes 10 damage from the ensuing fall. Santa is at 40N10E and has 7 HP remaining.

Enough of these mephits.

Next in round 265 for Neutral is a water mephit (Monster Manual). Come one, come all!
