OOC: Sorry, too many participants and too much action to perform a replay.

The wolverine charges to 65N15E. E hits with an AoO for 5. The wolverine claws for 8-5=3. The wolverine has 24 hp, E has 18 hp.

The earthworm moves to 65N10E. E has the option to take an AoO due to Combat Reflexes. Meanwhile the earthworm misses with its slam. (Rolled 15)

Batman flies to 70N25E30Z and casts a spell. A small flame appears in his hand, which he throws at E. The flames hit (rolled 27-4 touch) for 11 points of damage. E has 7 hp left.

Entrailsareyummy will ignore the AoO and full attack the wolverine, hoping to constrict and cripple it.

Round 469

OOC: Normally a small creature can use improved grab only on tiny creatures, but it doesn't make sense in this case, considering the tsochar needs two tentacles to hit to start the improved grab and it loves to beat on humanoids. We'll say it can use improved grab on any size creature.

OOC2: I forgot about E's SR with respect to Batman's flames. E takes no damage (rolled 9 CL check) and has 18 hp.

E hits the wolverine with two tentacles. (Lowest roll 19) He does 9 points of damage and pulls the wolverine into his square. (Rolled 23 vs. 21 Grp check) E constricts for 8 and injects poison into the wolverine, which it resists. (Rolled 19 Fort save) Then E continues to attack with his tentacles, hitting twice more. (Lowest roll 14-4) The wolverine takes 7 more points of damage and disappears.

The earthworm slams E decisively (rolled natural 20, 9 crit roll). E takes no damage from the force of the slam, but is burned for 6. He has 12 hp left, but doesn't catch on fire. (Rolled 15 Ref save)

Batman hovers and makes high-pitched squeaks. Translated they say, "Go thoqqua, go!"

E will slide back to 75n0e on the coming attack of oppertunity He will start a grapple.

OOC: hopefully there is a 0 square, and E's grapple will not provoke an AoO because the thorqua will not threaten him when the grapple starts.

OOC: Starting a grapple causes an attack of opportunity because E will have to enter the thoqqua's square. Why not rely on improved grab, just like what happened with the wolverine? Grappling is the same as slamming with a tentacle with respect to touching the thoqqua.

Edit: Oops, I forgot improved grab only works with two tentacles, thus a full attack and not an AoO. I still want to confirm that E wants to do it, because it will provoke an AoO from the thoqqua.

The thoqqua misses the AoO. (Rolled 16+2) E hits with the touch attack (rolled 17) and is burned for 8 fire damage. E has 4 hp left and is pushed back by the thoqqua (rolled 6 vs. 19 Grp check).

The thoqqua misses with its slam. (Rolled 8+2)

Batman hovers and cheers.
