Goliath flaps tiredly to 85N75E30Z. Fortunately, Goliath has the Earth subtype, which really makes a lot of sense. According to Earth subtype: "Earth creatures usually have burrow speeds, and most earth creatures can burrow through solid rock." That, of course, explains why Goliath can fly better than he can walk on ground and can't burrow.

For his AoO, Goliath will attempt a grapple. Batman clearly has superior maneuverability.

Drat. Goliath will circle underneath and come around to 95N90E40Z (heading west) and attack with a claw.

OOC: Does Batman have a weapon (perhaps natural). I had expected a counter AoO on the grapple. This is another source of debate, though, whether a creature with a natural weapon provokes an AoO on grapple attempts (with improved grab). I'm of the opinion they do. If Batman has no weapon, then ignore this.
