Round 616: Dust Lizard moves down to 10Z and falls off the wall to 105N10E. Both Ty and Dust Lizard take 4 points of damage. Dust Lizard gets up from prone and squeezes to 105N15E to attain a legal space. Ty takes an AoO from prone with a slam and misses. (Rolled natural 1) Dust Lizard has 43 hp, Ty has 12 hp left.

What does Ty do now? His precious scimitar is sitting underneath Dust Lizard.

LOL! Beats me if that's a natural weapon. The question is whether it's any kind of weapon at all. Falling is not, but is a falling object a weapon? If I drop a boulder on Ty, is it suddenly not a weapon? I think it is and I don't think the object I drop, even if a creature, should change that. On the other hand, I'm not sure the lizard would activately pursue this line of attack. It's not that smart. A draw perhaps?

Dust Lizard did not pursue this as a strategy, it just slipped and fell off the wall. We'll give Ty his 4 hp back, which puts him at 16 hp.

Round 616: Ty hits with the slam for 6-5=1 damage. Dust Lizard has 42 hp left.

Dust Lizard unsqueezes at 105N15E and breathes at Ty. Ty doesn't dodge (rolled 11 Ref save), takes 24 points of damage, and is destroyed!
