CG vs. N: Chaotic Good Victorious!

Jack withdraws into the earth mother for protection.

OOC: he enters the earth at 60n10e then moves to 70n10e-5z
he is planning on running to 70n80e-5z
next moving to 90n80e, surface and energy push it again- this time with fire.

oh and since his psionic powers are from class levels not abilities, Jack may have gotten the most damage from a spell.

Round 273: Jack emerges at 90N80E and misses with the ranged touch attack (rolled 12 touch attack) and has 11 PP remaining. The orb is still at 60N20E10Z. It floats over to 90N55E10Z. Jack is first in round 274.

(You are right about the Hall of Fame. Jack should be in for most damage done by a spell (mind thrust - 19 points) Sorry about missing that.)

I wish Brother Mark had taught me Energy Stun instead. A area affect would be handy now
Jack will again focus a manifestation of creative energy on the globe- blasting it with fire, before retreating again under ground.

Ooc: if he actually hits then he will float to 20n80e before emerging again. If he misses he will take he tie, having a destiny to furfill in his own universe.

Jack hits (rolled 23 ranged touch) for 10 points of fire damage! It is at -2 HP and explodes (?!), sending out waves of black energy. The waves of black energy stop just short of Jack. Jack has 8 PP remaining and has a MEA before the next Neutral creature comes out. (I thought the death of the thing might change your action.)

Compression on.

Round 275: Jack floats up to 90N80E30Z, and sends a feeble mind attack at the horror (Rolled 15 Will save against 9 DC). The worm flails with its tentacles, but Jack is too far up. Jack has 4 PP remaining.
Round 276: Jack does much better this time (7 Will save vs. 21 DC), wracking the worm's brain for 21 points of damage. The worm has 26 HP remaining, and Jack exceeds his own Hall of Fame number for most damage done with a spell. Jack has 0 PP remaining. The worm is waiting.
Round 277: Jack descends to 90N80E15Z. The worm's AoO passes clear through Jack, and Jack retaliates with a successful touch (rolled 8+1=9 for higher ground) for 5 points of damage. The worm has 21 HP remaining. The worm flails with all seven tentacles, but any that would hit pass right through Jack.
Round 278: Jack touches again, for 4. The worm is at 17 HP. The worm flails uselessly.
Round 279: Jack touches for 2. The worm is at 15 HP. Something clicks in the worm's tiny brain, and it flees out of the arena.

Round 280: A large boulder with one eye on a stalk rumbles in directly under Jack to 90N80E.
Round 281: Jack touches it for 2 points of damage. The boulder has 61 HP left.
Round 282: The boulder hops up, trying to crush Jack, but goes right through him. Jack touches for 6. The boulder has 55 HP left.
Round 283: The boulder, being smarter than the worm, gets the hint quicker, and burrows straight down. The dirt it displaces as it digs fills the space above it.

Jack considers chassing it, but it looked very healthy.
So he spends the next few rounds changing shapes. He tries for the guise of a rain of tulips.
Then starts playing charades with the audiance
"It looks like a big ear - Oh sounds like "
"now he is a flat disk with holes -
"siv?" "Shield of missle attracting" "holy disc?" "holy water sprinkler!" -" thats a weapon." "really?"

A draw is declared after round 287.

Round 288: A huge green snake with long fangs and bony bumps above its eyes slithers into the arena to 60N60E.

Next in round 288 for Chaotic Good is a noviere eladrin (Creature Catalog). Gansk will take over the combat after the eladrin comes in.
