OOC: Major images cannot move unless a move action is expended to concentrate on the image. Shelly used an SA to summon the illusion and a MA to move herself, leaving herself without a move action to concentrate.

Round 554: The elemental erupts with a thunderous clap and sends a line of lightning at both glowing orbs. Neither the thunder nor the lightning has any effect on either globe.
