Monk 1 is still a decent dip though. A level of good saving throws, a bonus feat, the wisdom to AC bonus for unarmoured/unencumbered characters.

I'll probably take the level at some point. Not right away though.

Power attack comes to mind as well. should be able to get that early on. Druids get spells to buff claws.

There's also the 'Shapeshifter' archetype for Ranger that is required to take Natural Weapon combat style (which, by the way, gets you Improved Natural Weapon feat earlier than normal).
