Changing weapon size and keeping feats for weapon?

Wrathful Healing??? I'm not familiar. Can you give me a basic run-down of this.

It's a +3 enhancement. You heal a number of hit points (using positive energy) equal to half the damage you deal with the weapon, up to your maximum hit points.

It sucks, though, that they errated the 17-20 crit range and put it to 19-20. Basically that's a shortsword with locked gaunts. They should have at least made it 18-20 since I had to spend an exotic weapon feat to get them.

I agree with the errata though. With a 17-20 crit range, combined with Improved Critical and Keen, you're looking at a threat range of 9-20, which is pretty crazy. Take into account the Weaponmaster's Ki Critical, and it just gets worse at 7-20.

True, 17-20 is a bit much, but you have to agree with me on the 18-20. Otherwise, why would I spend the feat? Granted no disarm, but locked gaunts provide the same thing.

Where can I find that?

Why would anyone spend the feat for a Whip?

1d3 subdule damage.
If target has AC bonus of +1 or greater or Natrual Arrmor of +3 or greater you can not damage them.

You take AoO when useing in melee and you only have a range of 15'.

you cant flank or make AoO.

You can disarm and trip BUT the weapon is size small so you get a auto -4 to the attemped and can be triped or disarmed in return if you fail (easy to do with the -4)

Oh ya thats worth a EW feat.

I kinda agree with you. Take claw bracers (FRCS), for example, and lets compare them.

Claw Bracers
Damage: 1d4
Critical: 19-20 / x2
Special 1: You can't be disarmed of them.
Special 2: You can cast spells normally.

Bladed Gauntlets
Damage: 1d6
Critical: 19-20 / x2
Special 1: Attacks with it are treated as armed (unlike unarmed for regular gauntlets).

So, claw bracers sacrifice a little damage for a couple of benefits. I don't think the crit range of bladed gauntlets should be increased. I do, however, think that they should be changed so that you can't be disarmed of them, because right now, you can.

Couple quick comments:

1) The Ogre has the feat "Weapon Focus: GreatClub" and apparently uses it to gain a +1 with his "Huge Greatclub" as well.

2) Proficiency with the whip also lets you use the whip dagger which lets you use the might whip dagger, which is a decent weapon in the right hands (like a lasher or deep woods sniper).

For roleplaying reasons.

I think it's only for Huge Greatclub for him, since it's a two handed-weapon for him. A normal "large" greatclub would be a one-handed weapon for him, and Prof/Focus "Greatclub" is for having a two-handed club. But I do hope they clear that up in the revision!
