Character Based on Bullseye?

Villainy

First Post
Hey, does anyone have any ideas for making a character similar to the comic/movie villain Bullseye?

Basically a mutant assassin who is able to throw anything and never miss.

I'm guessing a rogue/fighter would probably be best, with the Throw Anything feat and a multitude of "ranged weapon" bonus feats.

If I remember, Throw Anything only refers to throwing other weapons, not just anything laying around.

I'm looking to make an 8th level roguish character and thought this might be a nifty concept.

Any help would be great!

Of course a level of Sorcerer for couple of True Strikes per day could increase that "never miss" side (visualizing it as character concentrates to "impossible" shot (cast true strike) and then makes it)

If your DM allows feint in battle when not in melee Quicker than the Eye (Song and Silence) gives you nice boost to your damage throught more sneak attacks. I would allow it, especially if the feint would be preparing your weapon for melee and then suprisingly throw it to your enemy, quicker than the eye can see it coming.

Of course, I should have thought of that myself...

Time for me to go buy S&S. :)

Thanks for the ideas!

Super Hero abilities such as Bullseye's aim can only truly be emulated in a D&D game by using Epic feats and BAB's. A mid-level fighter/sorcerer with a couple of prepared Truestrikes just isn't going to cut it.
