Character Sheet Help

Can anyone tell me where to find the character sheets used for the 2006 GenCon Dungeon Delve PC's? For reference, you can see them at http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/charactersheets

Unfortunately, as far as I am aware blank sheets in that style aren't currently available. Though I don't imagine blanking out a sheet would be too terribly hard. Perhaps some kind soul, or perhaps Wizards themselves, will make such sheets available?

I was (sadly) confident that they weren't available for public use and consumption. I just thought they were perfect for gamedays, cons, and one-shot adventures.
