If you are physically attractive, having your charisma drop may mean that your body language and mannerisms change so as to diminish your appeal. Now you slouch, you have a vacant or hostile stare most of the time, your eyes and hair seem to be duller and you don't notice your personal hygiene as much, because you don't care now.

You could play them like Barclay for Star Trek Next Gen. Smart but nevrious. Or you just fart in air locks as people get out of their suits. Or try to pick up dates at your mom's funeral and you only hit on your elder aunties. Or you think you are smooth as 50 shades of grey guy, but what comes out your mouth is 50 spittle of meth head. Or you're a 10 in the body department but your voice is like squeaking chalk on a chalk board with a backwards playing dup step background.
