For 4th Edition, the designers originally added a Chuck Norris saving throw but took it out again, because nobody is safe from Chuck Norris.

Chuck norris doesn't have the run feat. He doesn't need the run feat.
There are no Points of Light in a Dark World, merely a couple of places Chuck Norris hasn't been yet.
At first, there was supposed to be a Chuck Norris miniature, but they took it out again, because if you used it, Chuck Norris immediately won the game.
Chuck Norris gets different effects for aging than humans: +1 on avery ability score for each new category. Chuck Norris enters a different age category every second.
Chuck Norris can dual wield longbows.
When Chuck Norris uses a wand, it uses -1 charge.
Once, Chuck Norris lost a saving throw against a fireball spell. The caster immediately burst into flames.
