Chuck Season 4

Boy do I miss Jeff and Lester... but I do hear that they are back for this season.

Linda Hamilton was great, but Olivia Munn not so much.

So Chuck is now THE MAN? Hmm guess he's come a long way very quickly..

Olivia Munn was acting oddly flat and emotionless, I'm not sure why they went that way. It's kind of amusing, though, that Sarah can actually make HER look kind of plain by comparison...

Linda Hamilton was AWESOME. I liked Dolph Lundgren's episode (and nice nod to Rocky IV), but that was an incredible way to end the episode.

You do NOT piss off Sarah Connor. ;)

Hmmm... with all the geek/sci-fi references Chuck and/or Morgan have made over the years, have they made a Terminator reference?

I vaguely recall Chuck doing a <Ahnold>"Sarah Connor?"</Ahnold> quote, but I totally think I am imagining it...

Ep 2 wasn't too bad, and it was good to see
Jeff and Lester back, though not sure how Sarah's cover cannot be blown by what happened in Milan.
Still, they need to cool down on the guest stars and not let the show be overwhelmed by it.

Ditto on Old Spice Guy.

I also loved Morgan actually holding the fan to provide the breeze-in-the-face for the old BuyMore crew's power walk.

I wonder if the CIA super-competent crew will have to coexist with the old crew? And how is Big Mike going to fit into the situation, if Morgan is the manager.

I am kind of sad that we didn't get the general as manager for a bit longer.

x3 for Old Spice Guy. I hope they can afford to keep him around. Loved him talking to the little kid, with the visible gleam in his smile. Heh.

I'm guessing the 'hyper-competent' people will fade into the background, perhaps showing up every once in a while to go on a mission, interact with Sarah/Chuck/Casey, or if the store is attacked. On the same note, if Big Mike comes back, I would expect him to be the new Assistant Manager to Grimes -- which would make for an awkward switch in their personal power hierarchy. :)

And I *really* would have liked to keep General Beckman around for a few more episodes, with Morgan as her #2. It's nice to see her as something other than a talking-head on a screen. Not to mention how funny I find it when she's in a scene with Chuck/Casey -- the actress is so TINY compared to them! (Guess I'm easily amused...)

Still, it does make sense in-universe. She's a GENERAL. She's *got* to have better things to do than run a Buy-More, even if it's a front for a CIA operation.
