Blockade snatches up Electrocutioner and gives him a quick squeeze. You hear all the air leave the villain's lungs and he struggles to gasp for breath.

OOC: Electrocutioner takes 4 damage uses LDD and is stunned. Zero is up.

"Hit him? Ummm... OK." 0/Gs says as he approaches with a bit of caution. "Just so you know you brought this on yourself."

it isn't hard for the young hero to tag the wrapped up villain, however, he fails to hurt the man much. 0/Gs shakes his hand at some bruising that will surely develop from bare-knuckle striking the bad guy's armored costume.

While the chase seemed to have gone on for far longer than she would have liked it had been under a minute since the crash and explosion. However, Bubbles did hear sirens in the distance there was no black & whites on the scene yet.

While considering her next move, Bubbles was interrupted by an old style 4 door sedan screeching to a halt before her. Exiting the car is a heavy set man wearing a suit that looked like it belonged in a 70s cop show. Beneath his weatherbeaten derby was a face that could be best described as a "mug".

"Turpin! Metropolis SCU!" he yells to Bubbles. "What's the sitch?"

Still no alarms blare within the building and with the din of combat over the heroes can hear the echoes of combat from several floors below.
