City of Tomorrow OOC (DC/Blood of Heroes) {Game Started but accepting up to TWO others}

Blood of Heroes

Half Link, Double Link, and Elemental Link.

All are a -1FC. Double & Half are just like they sound. Elemental Link are for powers that are linked together all at the same APs (representing different aspects of the same power source.)

So I could change Bubbles' Energy Blast, currently linked to BODY, to double linked for -1 FC instead of -2 FC? And she'd have 16 (twice BODY of 8) as the AP for her blast? Or would I have to pay at the 16 level?

IOW, Is it (linked attribute's AP) at -1 FC or is it 2*(linked attribtutes' AP) at -1 FC?

If linking your "Bubble Beam" (lol), you would (with a BODY of 8):
half-link: purchase 4 ranks at -1 FC
link: purchase 8 ranks at -2 FC
double-link: purchase 16 ranks at -1 FC

Thanks, Bubbles, but I don't think that's the map he's using. He said that S.T.A.R. Labs was across from Centennial Park, as shown in the picture on the IC page, which comes from DC Universe Online (I recognize those purple beacons). My problem is, DCUO doesn't include an active harbor in Metropolis that I can remember.

For our purposes #4 is slightly closer to #2.

There are actually two STAR labs in Metropolis. One is by the Harbor and specializes in Marine Biology, and in New Troy, the Central Branch is the one currently the location of our adventure.

Initiative count
Bubbles 25
Blockade 23
Brutale 23
0/Gs 20
Thrill Devil 20
Electrocutioner 13

Since Blockade is stunned he gets no dice actions. But may still take automatic actions at my discretion so he should still roll

Another interesting feature of Megs initiative is that we are supposed to announce our actions from lowest initiative to highest. The highest initiative also may choose one of two initiative manuevers.

Press the attack: -1cs to OV of targets you attack, but you suffer -1 cs to your OV.

Laying back: +1 cs to OV of targets you attack, but you get +1cs to your OV.
