Yes, I am back.

Who?

Well, let's just say I was around here a long time ago and now, after a hiatus, I'm returning to the hobby. I left a confused gamer and returned a grognard.

Yes, Smokestack is embracing the Old Skool Gaming. He hit a wall, and that wall was marked 4E. He now goes backwards where monsters made you earn your experience and a gazebo could be deadly.

Anyway, yeah, I'm all about OD&D and AD&D up to 2nd Edition (although I won't turn my nose up at a 3.5 game - or a Champions or CoC game for that matter). A tale in itself.

So, to all you new folks out there, hi. I will now skulk to the back and watch the board go by...
