For magic-centered clerics, dweomerkeeper seems right - it's for Mystran and Azuthan clerics, you can't get more magic-centered than that.

As has been pointed out, mystic theurge fits, too.

The elemental archon isn't really magic-centered, but should be good as is (no big changes necessary).

Other than that, we have the general divine disciple.

Or just stay cleric.

For Thayan parties... well Kossuth as the main deity worshipped in Thay and his prestige classes jump to mind, among them the "Zealot of the Black Flame" (FR-UE and Completet Divine), although that one might be focused slightly too much into assassin/rogue territory and the "Elemental Archon" (from FR-F&P).

The "Sacred Fist" from CD might work well with some Kossuthian order of monk/clerics.

I don't see Mystra's clergy caring very much for Thay, Thayian magics and Thayian plans from a setting/roleplaying PoV, seeing how she is supporting the main pillars of the opposite camp (aka the "Chosen of Mystra" ). Same goes for Azuth who is more on the scholary side of things magical instead of the aggressive "Might makes Right" approach of the Thayan Magocracy. Velsharoon might be a magic deity who would fare well in Thay, but besides some necromantic stuff from the Libris Mortis, I don't see all that many PrCs for him - Master of Shrouds might be a viable goal for his priests, or the Nightcloak (CD- Web Enhancement), but all of these are unswervingly evil. I agree that the "Dweomerkeeper" of Mystra (CD-WE version, not the obsolete one from FR-F&P) is a very strong PrC, especially if "Domain Spontanity" and/or the "Initiate of Mystra" feats are an option, but as stated, hard to integrate with a group including Thayan mages.

Other deities in the Thayan region might include the Mulhorandi Pantheon, where Horus at least has a very strong PrC the "Eye of Horus" (PGFR ), but many of these will be too goody two-shoes for a bunch of Thayans. the "Radiant Sevrant of Pelor" (CD) might well be adapted to the worship of Isis or Horus either.

Gargauth, the 10th lord of Hell might make a good underhand "corruptor"-type cleric , especially in combination with the "Night Cloak" prestige class from the CD WebE. Applies to Shaar (rather too evil, though) and others too.

In an emergency, go Gond, and pick a "Techsmith" (FR-F&P), they have pretty little alignment restriction, can be found anywhere and offer great roleplaying potential. They make pretty good mechanics and door-openers besides.

As a non-PrC focused approach - go worship Mask and acquire the "shadowed" template as his follower (found in FR-UE ), which gives you surprisingly unclerical powers, or worship Talona and play a "Blighted" servant of her avatar, the "Rotting Man" (now THAT will be a rather unique and pretty borderline evil concept... but I could just see one of tehse cooperate with a party of Thayns against some common "threat" - like Rashemen....)
