If a situation occurred where two creatures were fighting on the VZ, but couldn't hurt each other, but one of the creatures stubbornly refused the draw to get the fight into the Hall of Fame for longest combat, then Psybo would issue a veto.

That is the only situation so far where I could see Psybo overruling the current setup.

I have yet to get to Sin City - but it's calling. Good luck if you're gonna be rolling the "other" dice - but I hear you can just play tourist w/o ever gambling and it would still be great.
And there is some ranch named for mustangs I think...

if you want to buy dice on the strip good luck - I found some in the shops above exalibur, but even there only six siders were avalible.

oh and I suggest a single roulette spin - like in Run, Loloa, Run I walked out with a stack of cash in May, - enough to exceed my losses if not the cost of the hotel.
