They had some kind of server replication issue last night, and predicted they'd have problems with information being posted last night/today.

Well, technical problems... that's a real surprise...

They need to give a realistic schedule of stuff for DDI, if it gets a bad name for itself at the very beginning, it will gain a rep that will be hard to shake.

They sound understaffed and crazy busy though.

But as it was said in a other thread, the customer doesn't care why the product is bad.
