A three-foot-tall humanoid with a dark, rubbery hide ambles into the arena on arms that look too long for its body. Beady white eyes and sharp-toothed grin almost shine out of its face. Bogart the boggle moves quite fluidly despite the odd shape of his arms and the almost stunted-looking legs.
Bogart moves into the arena to 60N25E and greases the ground in front of him to the east. Bogart will take his AoO when the opponent leaves the square 10ft to the east, while in the grease, and not at his full 15ft reach.

Round 257:
The ape charges to 60N35E. Bogart takes a 5 foot step to 60N30E and attacks.
The claw connects! (Rolled 16) 4 points of damage! Ape has 16 hp. Bogart doesn't seem to mind that he is clawing into fire.
The ape claws back! (Rolled 18+2 for charge = 20) 11-5=6 points of damage! Bogart has 12 hp left. Bogart doesn't mind the heat of the claw and avoids catching on fire.

OOC: Aw, crap, I can't believe they changed the Reach in the update! That totally nerfs the boggle and removes all of his flavor! 
I was wondering why Bogart didn't get his AoO.
Shoulders slumped in dejection, Bogart claws and bites until one or the other is dead. For Bogart, being killed will be a blessing.

OOC: Oh, now I get it! I was wondering what you were talking about with the 15 foot reach.
Round 258: Bogart hits three times for 7 total and rends for another 6! Ape claws and bites for 7 total and Bogart catches on fire, but doesn't seem to care. Ape has 3 hp left, Bogart has 5 hp left.
Round 259: Bogart hits with both claws for 7 and rends for another 7! He catches on fire again and takes a point of fire damage. Bogart has 4 hp left, the ape is very dead!
A large lizard with a spiny sail on its back moves to 55N60E. Bogart is still on fire.

Bogart will charge Lizzie with a claw, hoping to grab her in a grapple and maybe catch her on fire, too. Hopefully, Bogart will not take any more fire damage (I know he still can), but he's counting on his resistance.
