The beholder slams into Sandy with its entire body! Sandy takes 5 and has 6 hp left. Thousands of tiny filaments attach to Sandy's skin, but she seems unaffected. (Rolled 19 Fort save)

Sandy II says the draconic equivalent of "wth" and takes a full attack before the beholder can remember to use its eye rays.

Sandy hits with a claw and its bite for 7 damage total. The beholder has 8 hp left!

The beholder tries to slam Sandy again, but misses.

Sandy II can't belive her luck! This must be the dumbest beholder in existence! She'll full attack again and then if both combatants are still alive, she'll breathe on it.

Sandy hits with a claw and its bite for 9 total! The beholder explodes!

Sandy dodges part of the blast, but still takes 10 points of sonic damage. Sandy II has -4 hp and drops!

A 4 foot diameter puddle of water slithers to 60N100E.

Round 311: Sandy II is defeated!

The dragon goes first in round 311 and has the feats Blindfight, Improved Initiative, and Weapon Focus (bite). It has no Knowledge skills.

There is general merriment in the LE gallery at the spectacle, with no one laughing harder than the Beholder. "Now THAT was funny." The mood is dampened somewhat when everyone notices that every glass in the room is now cracked or broken. In the infirmary, gith-Ugulu-san glances from the monitor to his kobold room-mate and mutters "for the sake of order, thankfully it's an open bar up there."

A dark brown dragon with gold highlight flies into the arena, angling upwards to (take a flight path so that she ends up at 45N85E20Z heading NE). It breathes a 40ft line of energy at the gray puddle. An ooze is an ooze is an ooze. When in doubt, blast it out. Who knows what type of energy will shoot out? Bets are placed in the Shearing Pen, even odds.

Round 311

A line of electricity strikes the puddle. It takes 5 points of damage and has 26 hp left.

The puddle moves to 60N90E. The dragon can breathe again in round 313.

Kaos continues flying while her breath weapon recharges. She angles around the northeastern corner of the arena to wind up at 80N90E20Z facing south towards the ooze. She will continue these manuevering/breathing tactics until the puddle is 'dead'. Can you kill a puddle of water? Dunno, but we're about to find out.

Kaos is just happy that dragons aren't limited in breath weapons per day.
