CN vs. N: Chaotic Neutral Victorious!

Round 313: Another lightning bolt, but the ooze miraculously dodges it partly, taking only 1 point of damage. It has 25 HP left.

Round 317: A line of fire has no effect on the ooze. The puddleness of this thing must have quenched the fire. Kaos cannot breathe again until round 321. If neither one of you damages the other in round 318, it will be a draw. What do you do, Kaos?

OOC: Unbelievable! Not only did it make it's save, but you rolled higher on 1d4 for the breath weapon recharge than 2d4 for damage! Twice! :p

Not wanting a draw, Kaos will move in for the attack. If possible, she will dive with her claw attacks (charging). If not, she will just move up, landing next to the ooze and attack with her bite. She thinks to herself, How does one bite a puddle?

Round 318:

Kaos hits (not much of a feat against a puddle; rolled a 13) with his bite, dealing 3 points. The puddle has 22 HP left. The puddle misses.

What next? Is Kaos planning on flying around, breathing, and then flying down if the breath has no effect on the puddle? If so, I can time compress. By the way, Kaos's claws are at -5 to hit compared to the bite.
 

Those were Kaos's tactics: a nice, well-planned, tactical fight. Screw the planning. Full attack, baby! She looks up indignantly at the announcer for saying 'his'.

OOC: She would've dive-attacking the puddle in order to do double damage. I know it's -5 for secondary weapons, but the charging plus being a puddle I didn't think would matter. The double damage would've been nice though. :) No time compression, though, 'cause she might change her mind from round to round. You never know when you have the word Chaos in your title.

PS Can anyone identify the reference to her name?

Sorry about the gender confusion, and I did not realize about the double damage. I just rolled the double damage, and it was actually less than the bite.

Kaos hits with all three attacks (worst roll 5) for 12 points. The puddle has 10 HP left.
The puddle lashes out like a snake striking and hits (rolled 21) for 4 points of bludgeoning and 5 points of acid damage. The puddle wraps itself around Kaos and pulls her into its square, dealing an additional 5 points of crushing and 5 points of acid damage. Kaos has 32 HP left.

Round 320: Kaos hits with bite and claw for 10. The puddle is at 0 HP.
The puddle, in its last throes, tries to crush Kaos and succeeds (grapple check 7 vs. 4), dealing 11 crushing and 5 acid damage. Kaos has 16 HP left, and the puddle is at -1 and dying.
Round 321: Kaos can act before the next Neutral creature comes in.
 

Kaos, in pain from all the acid burns, takes to the air. Starting at 60N90E, she takes a long, slow circle to north, northwest, west, southwest, south, southeast, and finally facing east at 45N80E15Z, ready to breathe on the opponent as it comes within range (she can finally breathe this round). She plans to do the flying breath weapon tactic thing to any opponents coming in, much like her fellow dragon Rusty in the Mechanus arena.
 

OOC Gansk, I cannot find that this thing actually carries poison with it. Let me know if I am mistaken.

A small reptilian humanoid holding a longbow comes into the arena at 90N115E, and fires (it is out of range of Kaos's breath), hitting (rolled 27) for 4 points of damage. Kaos is at 12 HP.

Round 322: Please let me know if Kaos's tactics change now that something can damage her at range.
