CN vs. N: Chaotic Neutral Victorious!

This might work out. Continue attacking until Fang is at 10hp or less or the table is destroyed. I assume that Fang now realizes that the table is immune to his 'breath' weapon? That must be some foul breath, phew. :heh:

Round 282

OOC: I forgot about the breath weapon and the trip, but the table is immune to them both.

Misses all around.

Round 283: Fang bites for 11-5=6, table slams for 6. Fang has 32 hp, table has 18 hp.

Round 284: Fang bites for 9-5=4, table misses. Table has 14 hp.

Round 285: Same as above. Table has 10 hp.

Round 286: Fang claws & bites for 17-10=7, table slams for 12. Fang has 20 hp, table has 3.

Round 287: Fang misses, table slams for 10. Fang has 10 hp left.

Realizing that the Table is on its final legs, pun intended, Fang will stick it out and destroy the table once and for all. Same power attack value. If he has a move action remaining (after killing it), he will fly up in the air towards the center of the arena (exact location not important). Fang will only withdraw into the air and get the draw if he has 2hp or less. :]

Round 288: Misses all around.

Round 289: Fang bites for 11-5=6! The table is destroyed! Fang moves to 65N40E20Z.

A lion moves to 55N40E.

Fang yells out in 1337 Draconic, "w00t!" He then grimaces at the new opponent. "Let's get this over with."

Fang lands at 70N40E, continuing his move* towards the lion to 65N40E and then bites the lion, retaining the 3 points in power attack. He will then not power attack and fight to the death.
OOC: * If this is not possible - and I'm not sure if landing completes the move action - then he will just land at 65N40E and suck up the AoO. I'd have him charge, but then he'd fall into the lion's space because he wouldn't be keeping up half his speed. :)

Round 290

Poor flyers can't land that rapidly, so Fang lands at 65N60E and doubles back to 65N50E.

Fang bites for 10 but lion resists the Con drain. The lion has 22 hp left and misses.

Round 291: Fang bites for 6 and drains 1 Con. The lion claws for 6. Fang has 4 hp, lion 16 hp.

Round 292: Fang hits three times for 15 total, but no Con drain. The lion hits with both claws for 15 total. The lion has 1 hp, Fang is defeated!

Next up for CN: a very young sand dragon. (Sandstorm)

The dragon goes first in round 293 and has the feats Hover, Stealthy, & Track.

Sandy II flies into the arena to 55N40E20Z, spraying the lion with grit. She enters at 15N0E, immediately takes a turn 45 degrees northeast and gains altitude until she is at the listed position. She is currently facing NE.

She looks remarkably like Sandy I, but about twice the size. Her head is a mass of thick, short, yellowish horns, like an inverted pincushion. Her wings look almost like fins, attached by thick spines all the way down her body from the base of her skull to the end of her tail. She looks sleek, but spiky. Her coloring makes it such that she could blend into the sand in the arena quite easily.

Round 293

The lion fails to dodge and takes 5 points of damage!

Sandy II is victorious! But she grits her teeth (literally) when she spots the next opponent.

A swarm of locusts flies to 55N100E10Z.

Sandy goes first in round 294 and can breathe again in round 297.

Sandy II yells out in draconic, "Curses! I hate swarms!" Even though the locusts appear to be slow-moving, she will hover to the ground, then burrow underneath it to 55N25E-5Z (5 down, 15 west). She plans to wait until her breath recharges, pop out of the ground and breathe on the swarm (hopefully it will have moved to her location prior to burrowing). She will continue this tactic until the swarm is dead, moving back and forth underground while her breath recharges. If it takes only 1 round, she'll just stay there and continue to breathe. If her breath weapon can't harm the swarm, she take the draw underground.

Stupid swarms.

Round 297: Sandy pops up and breathes. The swarm takes 7 and has 14 hp left.

The swarm moves over Sandy. She takes 5 and has 40 hp left.

Round 298: Sandy is not distracted and breathes again. The swarm takes 3 and has 11 hp. Sandy takes 5 and has 35 hp left.

Round 299: Sandy moves to 55N40E-5Z.

Round 301: Sandy pops up and breathes. The swarm takes 2 and has 9 hp left. Sandy takes 6 and has 29 hp left.

Round 302: Sandy is not distracted and breathes again. The swarm takes 3, Sandy takes 6. The swarm has 6 hp, Sandy has 23 hp.

Round 303: Sandy moves to 55N25E-5Z.

Round 305: Sandy pops up and breathes. The swarm takes 2, Sandy takes 12! The swarm has 4 hp, Sandy has 11 hp.

Round 306: Sandy moves to 55N40E-5Z.

Round 307: Sandy pops up and breathes. The swarm takes 9! Sandy gets a hard-fought victory!

An eight foot diameter spherical body moves to 55N110E. It has a central eye, a large mouth, and several smaller eyes attached to stalks sprouting from the body.

Sandy has no knowledge skills and is unfamiliar with this creature. She goes first in round 308 and can breathe again in round 311.
