Have to wonder... Why would it be Zion? In a world which would probably be more anti-religion or things percieved as being religious why on earth would a company give themselves a name directly out of the Bible? And yes Matrix fans that's where the name originally came from.

In this new setting if IC characters could apply for positions as bouncers, DJs and such the like?

At current, no.
It's the same as the fact we don't have patrons playing CRT Tavern staff or Tower of Evengil/City Council etc.

We can't really have non-wizo characters in any positions where their actions may be translated directly as setting influence or setting control. Two reasons, 1. it would cause confusion in the setting/game if something the player/character does conflicts with the official actions, 2. there is no way that every player would be able to have such a position to play and having to choose between them would seem like favoritism, which we simply can't have.

As I have discusses with one player previously, a group may be created later (equivilent to the Moonbeam Adepts of Juxta) in which people could play government/FBI agents, but until we've got the basics up and running I'd like to hold that back.

Otherwise there is no one going to have control of who can and can't be in my club but me... ok, and maaaybe some of the other WizOs.... hmm...

Okay, guys - don't cringe!

I've been thinking again. With current society we have to carry ID, right? So what sorts/forms of ID would be acceptable?

Passports, Drivers licences? Or do we want to create one type solely for the purpose of TMP??

Can we design our own and put it to a vote on whose design is best and most appropriate. Also what do the Wormhole Intergalatic Zelta Organization IDs look like? How are we gonna know the real from the fake? Are the real one gonna have a holograph of Pounamu that winks at ya?

Just some thoughts. And please can we have the designing appropriate ID competition??? Huh?

Why make things needlessly complex with yet another document people have to "carry" around, so to speak? I would say passports, driver's licenses, and government-issued IDs would be acceptable.

TMP is a night club, remember. It is not the responsibility of the management to check your official status, beyond making sure that a minor doesn't get served alcohol.

How about one ID that covers all of those. I think it would be fun to have a contest to design an ID system and poll for the best.

Stick with basic IDs of right now. They work well enough, even if the tech in them is upgraded some.. yay for holograms!

We don't really need to be able to check the fake from the real for WIZO IDs, given that pretending to be a member of that organization would obviously be impersonation of a team member, no?

Hell, sneaking a minor into TMP might be considered illegal activity.. Wanna make a call on that, Pou? Hehehe..
