Compiled Conditions List - UPDATED, REFORMATTED

I've noticed that on the characters provided, some things happen every turn and others are every round. What is the distinction? And no, I'm not talking about the old AD&D terms - I can look those up in my books if I want to know that. ;) Thanks.

The distinction, as I understand it, is that a round consists of every monster and PC in the fight acting once. A turn is just one monster or PC acting once. In each round, every monster and PC gets to take one turn. Think of a "round" as "going aROUND the table once", and a turn as "Okay, now it's your TURN to stab things".

I feel justified in bumping this up to the front page, given that people are asking questions that are answered here. I hope to make a few minor updates this weekend.

At my table at DnDXP, Stun was not that you lose ALL actions, it was you could only take ONE action. So, between minor, move and standard - you only got one of those a round when you were stunned.
