Coke...coming...of nose...spraying all over...monitor.

And so, you win the PrinceNCAward for Best Us of a Clerks Reference Evar.

But to bring the topic somewhat back on track...

Bring on the PrCs. Bring on the feats. Bring on the spells. As DM, I can NEVER have too many options.

yes :D . do you think it is balanced?¿?¿ I dont beleive it. But it is only my opinion. The creature it is sad, a lot of benefits, and a really hight EL. A first level roge, it is CR5 and have 2D8+1d6 Hp .

I want to know how much of this book is really new, and how much is "new to 3.5" witch is what I think it will mostly be. WOTC's defination of NEW is different from most people, IMO.

Given that the last version of D&D to have four classes was Red Book BD&D, and every version since then has added more, you're swimming against the tide of history here.
Didn't that one have seven? Fighter, Magic-user, Cleric, Thief, Elf, Dwarf and Halfling. Or was that a difference between Red book and Red box?

I love more prestige classes. Every new prestige class means either a new character idea for someone, or a new possibility for someone to make the exact type of character they want.

And I can always ignore the ones I don't like.

Yep. The value of a PrC is in the eye of the beholder; as an example, I thought the S&S Thief-Acrobat was the most useless thing the world had yet seen, but I'm sure that other people liked it. (How hard, really, would it have been to have given them the Acrobatics ability from OA? I mean, really?)

Since PrC quality is mostly subjective, increasing the supply means that more people will have more PrCs they like and will want to toy with, which increases the Net Fun of the game. And that's cool.

Personally, I want more monk PrCs; my group doesn't usually do anything with third-party stuff, and there are exactly THREE useful monk-centered PrCs in WotC-published books (all three of which, of course, are from OA). Fortunately, Shintao Monk and Tattooed Monk require little in the way of 3.5 conversion to be useful.
