I though concealment was a D20 roll, so Conceal 5 and Conceal 11 meant to hit you they had to get over that on a D20.

Where am I getting this from????

You're getting that from the DDM 2.0 rules. Obviously it's not the same for the full D&D 4e RPG rules.

According to the table on page 11 of the KotS Adventure Book, it's a flat -2 to attack rolls.
What I'm confused about is cover. Obviously superior cover is more cover than normal cover (that's a lot of cover). But where do you draw the line? There is no definition for cover at all in the rules.

I plan on waiting for the core rules anyway before running the module, but I want to prepare beforehand.

Cover grants a +2 AC bonus, total cover +5.

Page 10 of the Adventure booklet says, "To target a creature, it must be within a power's range and not entirely behind a solid barrier." So, total cover again means you cannot attack the target.

That damn minis game has polluted my mind....

I'm DMing a hybrid of 3isms, pre-4e and minis rules, not by choice. I'll re-read the KOTS quickstart and DM rules and pretend I know nothing.
