Free League wins several awards!

The full list of winners has not yet been released, but the ENnies award ceremony took place last night at Gen Con. Some of the winners included:

  • Fabula Ultima (Need Games) -- Best Game
  • Blade Runner: Core Rules (Free League) -- Best Layout & Design
  • Blade Runner Starter Set (Free League) -- Best Cartography
  • Ruins of Symbaroum Bestiary (Free League) -- Best Monster or Adversary
  • Avatar Legends (Magpie Games) -- Best Rules
  • Blackbirds (Andrews McMeel Publishing) -- Best Production Values
  • Swords of the Serpentine (Pelgrane Press) -- Best Writing
The ENNIE Awards (the “ENNIES”) are an annual fan-based celebration of excellence in tabletop roleplaying gaming. The ENNIES give game designers, writers and artists the recognition they deserve. It is a peoples’ choice award, and the final winners are voted upon online by the gaming public.

Congrats to all of the winners. Well deserved. I have to admit it was a surreal moment for me. All of the slides for all of the companies had a full team of names. Then they got to my slide, and I was the only name listed (because I’m a one man show). My first feeling was that I didn’t belong 🤷🏼‍♂️
