A big hand for Steve, Silver and Goober! Silver Moon's guess was especially impressive, since it was made ten days ago, all the way in the beginning of the contest (second one in the thread, I believe).

Thank you. Yes it was right at the beginning of the contest. I'm actually pretty good at figuring things like this out. I do finanacial analysis for a living, which is essentially doing a quick analysis of the facts available with a few assumptions and then make a projection. On a related note, I barely follow football but did the same thing this year with the NFL playoffs once the 12 teams were announced, and so far am 9 for 10 on projecting the game outcomes (10 for 11 if the Pats win on Sunday).
