Controlling Your Lightining Bolt: Bounce, Ricochet, Skip, etc.

Is there anything in the Third Edtion rules, including Third Party materials, that allows a spellcaster to gain greater control over the path of his/her lightning bolt?

Are there any feats or magic items that enable one to bounce, ricochet, skip, or control in any way other than a straight line a lightning bolt?

Pathfinder stuff is welcome, too.

P.S. Yes, I know this was possible in earlier editions of D&D.

Edit: Now I know about the Sculpt Spell metamagic feat, but that doesn't allow a bolt to bounce. B-)

Sculpt Spell from CArc lets you sculpt the spell.

True, but...

There is a spell reflection character option for roguish/evasion types in Complete Mage but that is only reactive. Still, it might serve - along with sculpt spell - to inspire some fine home-brew ruling.

Extraordinary Spell Aim in Complete Arcane lets you exclude one person from your AoE spells.

Can you help me out here, with a page number maybe? I might be going blind but I can't find anything in Complete Arcane that maps to what you describe. I have to say though, that this happens to me more often than I'd like.
