Conversion of Satan?

Something got me wondering recently whatever happened to all the named Devils from the original AD&D Monster Manual. I started looking around and found the Book of Vile Darkness had these converted to 3E.

So now I'm wondering if anyone has converted the stats for Satan from the August 1979 issue #28 of Dragon magazine? It's also reprinted in Best of Dragon Vol. II.

Such a creature in 3E have to have divine ranks or at least be an Epic level encounter. Even Asmodeus converted as a CR32.
