Converted D1 Descent into the Depths of the Earth

biorph reminded us of the Ghost Touch Bastard sword "Glory Tongue" we own. and after analysis:

only Calrom (str 13) has a decent shot at using it one-
handed grand total attack +7/+2. Darian or Calrom can use it two
handed as a martial weapon. calrom grand total att +11/+6. and Darian
grand total att +9/+4.

arendel is the only other possible with two hands. but he is nonprof.
so grand total att +4/-1

Snowylder also brought up the fact Arendel is a druid. and would suffer from its use.



any other help? T minus 5 hours and 20 minutes....

Well, not really, since that's so 3.0. Druids simply aren't proficient; they don't have "prohibited" weapons anymore.

in the bag of holding... 200' of silk rope. i don't know who is carrying that tho. i know fiddle isn't... 15 lbs of bag.. is too much for my movement.
 

When you kill drow, take their missile weapons. You'll probably lose the benefit of Weapon Focus, but you'd lose it anyway when you're out of arrows. And drow aren't immune to their own poison. (BXD says sleep poison=okay for Good characters.)

Air walk (Clr4) on the toughest melee fighter should handle the flying monsters, especially if he's backed up by spiritual weapons or air elementals. Youse guys really should have picked up fly, though.

Glyph of warding (Clr3) and fire trap (Drd2) are good ways to protect your camp.

Faerie fire is nice to keep the drow in sight.

Summon an earth elemental: can you say "cover bonus to AC?"

there were plenty of antics... but it was most definitely 3.11ed for Workgroups.

came close to a TPK in the first 30 minutes. ;)

calrom, alya, and sully all went down during combat. check the story hour in my sig over the next couple days to see what happened.
 

I'd take a look at some of the equipment in the FR Underdark, maybe your DM will let you purchase it before going underground. Its a good resource for an underground campaign too, since most of it is generic.
