I'd think "as their name suggests" would mean they're a vampiric form of kender, rather than them sharing characteristics with "normal" vampires.

Vampires are probably around the same height and weight in Undeath as they were in life.

According to their MC description, Kender range from 3 ft to 4 ft and seldom weigh more than 100 pounds, with male Kender averaging 3'7" and about 75 pounds.

That suggests something like...
