Converting Epic Level Creatures

I'd probably use something based on the Vaults of Pandius version if I were ever actually to need to run one.
That version (along with the original monster, really), just seems too weak for the description as far as I'm concerned.

Or just say "the Draeden eats Ulric. Your character is dead." :p
Now that's about right!

Still, I can go along with a single tube-tentacle approach. We can always list a cluster of 2-40 of them in the Organization to represent more of the whole monster.

Hmm, then each tube-tentacle would have separate actions (including spells!). That's even nastier than a single monster...

We're going to have to explain how the tube-tentacles of a single draeden relate in the flavor, so we could limit the spells per round of a group. But, yes, nastier than a single monster sounds right. ;)

They're each operated by a separate brain, like a hydra's heads, except each tube is superintelligent. :)

Added the very basics to Homebrews.

I think 50 will suffice for the mental scores (that's 28 maxxed-out skills!), but inflating Str and Con to 100 for something that incredibly massive seems apt.

They have godlike Dexterity as well, so I'd want more than Dex 13. If you want it to be their "dump stat" at the very least I'd go for Dex 25.

Since you went for halving the original mental scores, halving it again for the Dex seems pleasingly symmetrical.
