Converting Monsters Backwards

As the title says, how easy/difficult is it to convert monsters back to 3.5 rules? I've been looking at a variety of monster books (especially ones currently on sale) but don't want to add a lot more work to use a creature than I already have, as I still just run 3.5 and don't intend on converting my games to PF for a while yet, if ever.

Is it simple and quick? Or are there a lot of changes to what creature types and subtypes grant? Or would it be a bit of work but still probably worth my time and money?
I really haven't looked at a lot of the detail-work in what PF changed for monsters...

(In particular, I was looking at some of the stuff by Super Genius Games, since they're at a low price right now. If anyone has any recommendations or warnings, they'd be much appreciated.)

Quick and dirty.

Change CMB to grapple modifier. If different than medium size add or subtract 3 as appropriate as PF uses a size modifier of +1 vs 3.5 using +4.

For spell-likes and class abilities or spells or items use your choice of PF or 3.5 versions where they are different.

Some types and subtypes changed a little. Sort of like 3.0 to 3.5 where constructs and oozes switched who got bonus hp for size and monstrous humanoids changed. Not a big deal for the most part.

In Pathfinder undead have 3/4 BAB instead of 1/2 and are not immune to crits/sneak attack. Constructs and plants are similarly not immune. Elementals are an outsider subtype, not a type, and are immune to crits and sneak attack. Oozes are immune as well.

Giants are a humanoid subtype, not a type.
