Spellcraft, Know (religion), Know (the planes), Know (arcana), Concentration all seem like pretty reasonable skills for them. Maybe also Sense Motive, Diplomacy, Listen, Spot?

The first five seem fine, but I'm not convinced by the Sense Motive and Diplomacy. Or at least, I wouldn't max out their ranks in it.

IIRC, Goatlings live in similar rocky, mountainous terrain to Goatfolk, so I think we need some ranks in the same skills Goatfolk have for living in mountains - Balance, Climb and possible Tumble.

Hmm, I don't think we need Sense Motive or Tumble, so how about:

Balance, Climb, Concentration, Diplomacy, Listen, Spot, Knowledge (religion), Knowledge (the planes), Knowledge (arcana), Spellcraft

We can have four of the above skills at 6 ranks and six at 5 ranks, giving us all those juicy synergy bonuses.
 


Sure, that'll work. I guess put six ranks in the 3 Knowledges, Spellcraft, Concentration, and Balance.

I suggest you read the last paragraph in my previous post again:

If we go the ten skill route, we only have enough SPs for four maxed-out skills, not six.

How about Concentration, Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (the planes), Spellcraft?

Adjustments: Balance +0 Dex, Climb +1 Str, Concentration +0 Con, Diplomacy -1 Cha, Listen -1 Wis, Spot -1 Wis, Knowledge (religion) +1 Int, Knowledge (the planes) +1 Int, Knowledge (arcana) +1 Int, Spellcraft -1 Cha +2 synergy, Survival -1 Wis (+2 on other planes)

That gives:

Skills: Balance +5, Climb +6, Concentration +6, Diplomacy +4, Listen +4, Spot +4, Knowledge (religion) +6, Knowledge (the planes) +7, Knowledge (arcana) +7, Spellcraft +7, Survival -1 (+1 on other planes)

Well, the original PDF says they are primarily fighters, so let's go with some fighting feats. Weapon Focus (battleaxe) and Imp Init maybe?
