Manifester level 7th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.

If you are not using psionics in your campaign, make the following changes.

Replace the psi-like abiliities entry with the following:

Spell-Like Abilities: At will--daze monster (DC 14), detect thoughts (DC 14); 3/day--confusion (DC 14), gaseous form, invisibility, major image (DC 15), teleport (DC 17); 1/day--dimensional anchor, finger of death (DC 19), mind blank (self only). Caster level 7th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.

Psychic Mark: The mark can be removed by a break enchantment spell.

I'm fine either way, although the default seems to be the nonpsionic version in all the other supplements (XPH notwithstanding).
