How about Cooperative Dungeon #2? #1 is too high in level. You can find them in the free section at RPGNow.

The Crypt of the Devil Lich was INCREDIBLE...easily the most fun and memorable dungeon crawl that I have played in quite some time. If the levels were high enough, I'd strongly recommend this...but obviously, this would be too high for your group.

Pick up the adventure anyway (even at the price, it's worth it). It has some good puzzles, unique templates, challenging rooms...everything you'd expect from a great dungeon crawl. You could probably adapt some of the ideas...
