Countersong Question

Can one bard countersong another bard's countersong?

For instance, if two pc bards encounter a hostile bard, and he uses countersong to counter one of the pcs' inspire courage ability, can the other pc counter his counter?

"...that is affected by a sonic or language-dependent magical attack may use the bard’s Perform check result in place of its saving throw if, after the saving throw is rolled, the Perform check result proves to be higher..."

Do you consider a countersong a magical attack? What would the DC be?

While I don't beleive that a countersong fits the above description, it does mean that a single bard could stop a squad of bards/sonic-users/etc with one use.

Countersong is a Supernatural ability, and Su abilities can't be counterspelled.
