CR for a 1 armed, medium clay golem?

I'm trying to tone down a clay golem to use against a 6th level party. The golem will medium, not large (with modifiers based on the 3.5 MM chart), and will have one arm, so only 1 attack a round.

What would the CR on such a creature be?

That's the big deal right there, imho.

Prolly knocks it down to CR 7- good hp and hard to damage, but not the greatest damage.
