Create a Demi God

In my world there are probably thousands of demi gods. I have 13 greater gods and the rest of the Divine are demi gods. Demi gods take a narrow focus, and are a lot more human like or at least in thinking (Demi gods forms vary greatly). So I've borrowed from mythology (Thedus), some I've borrowed from other worlds (Drendari, Grumsch), some are the creation of the people playing (Konitz).

I'm looking for some interesting Demi God ideas. I've gods demi gods of the Hearth, the calm seas, crystal, and other areas. I'm also looking for a Demi god who's domain would oppose Garath, demi gods of swamps and reptiles.

How bout "genetic experimentation" (the bad kind ) and "Fearful masses" (then create a Fear Domain for his clerics, containing "fear" descriptor spells.

An opposing demigod for Garath could be a deity of purity and birds, perhaps, or clean water and healing.

Perhaps a demigod of lightning, or each of the para- and quasi-elements?

...and then there are all those Faens gods from AU...

The god of the crud that gets between your toes when you sleep in the jungle

The god of driving away small humans who think you are a toy

The god of running really fast and then falling on your nose

etc.

What about a squirrel. Couldn't you have a talking squirell oppose this minor divinity?

How about a classic guardian way to the halls of the dead, something like Anubis.

Animal lords are nice ideas for demigods, too.

The first dragons, demigods of magic schools or elements.

The kind goddess of the lost leading lost wanderers or ships home.

Actually there already is a talking squirrel demi god. It took the mantle of a god of nature who was killed.
