Holy Sanctuary (Su): A light angel has a continuous sanctuary effect (as the spell, DC 20) that affects only nonevil creatures. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Light angels speak Celestial, Infernal, and Draconic, though they can speak with almost any creature because of their tongues ability.
Skills: Concentration +16, Diplomacy +20, Knowledge (any three) +14, Listen +24, Move Silently +17, Sense Motive +16, Spot +24.

Lookin' good.
Uncanny dodge levels look correct, so go ahead and remove the question marks.
We should probably bump it up to CR 12, as it is on par with a monadic deva. SR 22 would still be fine.
Since it only moves by flight, and only has one attack, I'd ditch Mobility and replace it with Flyby Attack.
We'll need mechanics for how something this powerful could possibly serve as a familiar. (Personally, I think we should ditch that and change it to a cohort or planar ally or something more in line with its power level).
We'll have to wait to determine the level equivalence of the summon angel ability until after we overhaul the agathion.

i wasn't sure what to base the equivalent rogue level on, so i made it equal to HD. 
i don't think it should be a familiar in the standard 3E sense, as it really wasn't a familiar in the 2E sense either. what other idea can we change that to?
we'll work on the agathion next, but in the meantime what would you make the level equivalent for the summoning? we can always change it later.
