I guess it's mostly down to the org and flavor.

I'd say she's solitary most of the time but can have a retinue (would we like that as an org noun?) of raptors. But I don't know how many I want her to have, as raptors seem pretty solitary most of the time. Maybe just a few dire hawks or legendary eagles?

The animal lord template on Enworld used "troupe" for the collective noun, but retinue would fit a Lord.

The collective noun for hawks is apparently a mews, as in a building used to house raptors.

1d6 dire hawks and 1d2 legendary eagles? As for the collective noun, we could go for something species-specific like mews, but if we're doing something more generic, I like retinue better than troupe.

I'd rather use the same numbers as her summon raptors SLA provides (10d6 hawks, 3d6 dire hawks, 2d6 legendary eagles) since it makes little sense if her retinue is so much smaller than the creatures she can summon casually.

Thus:

Organization: Solitary or retinue (1 plus 10-60 hawks, 3-18 dire hawks and 2-12 legendary eagles).

Well, I'd expect LA to be -, and probably advancement too, since she's unique.

Triple standard treasure? And shouldn't we magic up some of her equipment? And make her natural weapons count as magic/epic, etc?

The AD&D Monstrous Compendiums' Animal Lords have "Treasure Type: Nil", which suggests we shouldn't give her equipment.

How about her natural weapons and any weapons she wield are considered to be epic/magic?

The CC 3.0 version gave double standard treasure, as another point of reference. What did the 1e MMII give the cat lord for treasure?

I definitely agree with making natural and wielded weapons epic. That already includes magic, right?
