Er - why can't a worg take IUS? There are no pre-reqs for it. It simply means that the worg, instead of biting all the time, would be able to smack somebody with a paw or tail.

Oh it can take the feat. Hell, IUS is not a bad feat for improved grab based monsters if they have the dex. Then take improved grapple to add 4 points to thier already obcene grapple check. As a plus, improved grapple can work when the victim is the same size or larger than the critter and some parts of improved grab can carry over to normal grapples.

Gross. Turns out a worg swordsage 4 (ECL 9) with vow of poverty and a 32-point build is scary (and only CR 6 (7 if you give a +1 for the 32-point point-buy). AC is 29...

Bo9S + VoP in general tends to produce scary results in the right hands. I'm not sure how much of that is the worg.
