Cross-over characters and campaigns?

In the past I've had the PCs encounter 'Predator' type aliens(from another Dimension)
and in the same adventure the PCs discover a 'magical' suit of Power armour (enhanced Str and Dex, DR, Night vision and wrist mounted laser)

3 Lightning Spears (spears that shot lightning) are held as relics in the Xashosa Kingdom

and in a scene lifted from the cartoon series Xyber 9 the PCs at one stage found and repaired a Golem-Suit (Mecha Robot) which they then used to fight off a metal clad Sky Galleon (Flying Ship) and then repair the damaged dam

Oooh, I like the D&D point-of-view terminology. Should be that way in Gamma World too, I suppose.

PC's v. Predator sounds like a good fight. Or PC's v. Alien,

I once had a "Terminator Golem" -- variant iron golem that looks like a human (flesh) on the outside. The party thought they were rescuing it and had a very hard (fun!) fight when they encountered the regular iron golems, and it attacked from the rear!

Rules wise . . . you use DR? I had been ignoring it, just modifying the Armor Class. After all, D&D armor should have both DR and AC effects too, I think, so I figure change everything to fit D&D.
