Curse Question (3rd lvl Cleric Spell)

Hi folks,

one of my players has been cursed as per 3rd lvl Cleric Spell "Bestow Curse". I chose the option of the 50% chance to do nothing. But the spell description says:

"Each turn, the subject has a 50% chance to act normally; otherwise, he takes no action."

Now, what does turn mean? I think it means every round. But then again, turns in 2nd Edition AD&D were 10 rounds.

What's the deal?

I would just read it to say that each time the characters turn comes up ie each round.

where or where has my siggie gone?
where or where can it be?

That's a pretty mean curse, really. You're effectively reduced to living at half-speed for the rest of your life (or until you get a remove curse).

From the Glossary:

"turn: : The portion of each combat round in which a
particular character acts. A character’s turn occurs at
the same point in the initiative order throughout an
entire battle, unless the character takes an action (such
as delaying or refocusing) that alters it."
