Ashy: I'm still waiting for IdentityCrisis and No Way to post finished characters (with backgrounds) in the RG, or at least let me know that they're alive. Until then, we're in a holding pattern. Hopefully soon. If I don't hear from them by Tuesday morning, then we'll start to look at our alternates.

Ashy: I can dig it. And, I was actually just thinking -- if they're gone for the Labor Day weekend, the Tuesday deadline's not really fair, so let's call it Wednesday morning. That should be a little bit more realistic. If I don't hear from them, I'll take the first two alternates and bump them down into the second and third alternate slots.

Ashy: I'll be calling the alternates out Wednesday and getting them set. It really rests on how quickly folks make characters -- if they (regulars or alternates) can be ready Wednesday, then that's when we'll start.

Ashy: Bummer about the backpacking trip. Was it because of the weather down there (are you all getting any crap from Frances)? The odds of me being able to start the game this weekend are slim (I can't sleep and don't want to annoy my girlfriend by being fidgety, so I'm on the web right now, but I don't expect this'll happen every morning). That said, I'm altering the title of the thread, so hopefully No Way and Identity Crisis will see it so we can get going early next week.
