Small nitpick - True strike has no somatic components, and thus is not affected by Arcane Spell Failure. I'll mark that next time I cast such a spell.

Why did we have two 3rd rounds?

I'll post a move tomorrow afternoon/evening; I'm feeling a little out of sorts tonight, and I have to drive up to Waltham tomorrow morning, so I should get some sleep. Feel free to fine tune your character's actions if you like — there's going to be a surprise round, so you all have a standard action to use, which means it'd help to have Plonk and Flawed's actions, too.
