"No..." Daniel gasps as the beast returns, then sets his mouth in anger against the fear. "WE KILLED YOU ONCE, YOU BASTARD! THIS TIME YOU'LL STAY DEAD!" He shouts as he charges at the beast, chain twirling over his head and coming down in a crash upon the thing as he gets within range.

(+2 attack for charge, +2 damage favoured enemy, -2 atack/damage for being shaken.. that breaks me even at my normal +27 to hit, 2d4+18 damage)

(If I'm hasted by that time, I'll use the haste action to take another attack at end of my turn, +25 to hit, 2d4+18 damage for this one)

OOG: Sorry for the late reply. Another busy week.

Elrick moves 30 feet (haste isn't going yet) and throws Deja but the weapon merely bounces off of the dragon's tough hide.

Ghannellis rages, charges, and attacks. But the blow is ineffective against the dragon's tough hide.

The dragon takes a 20 feet step (5 feet step for something of this size), launches into the air, and flies straight upward 100 feet. You find it odd that something with skeletal wings can fly.

Note for Wrahn's eyes only:

At initiative 12 Thergan remembers an old legend of some thing known as a dracolich, an undead dragon. Things that you remember from the legend are:
1. It has a phylactery like a lich.
2. It has a tougher hide then a normal dragon.
3. It has a paralyzing gaze.
4. It has a paralyzing touch.
5. It takes only half damage from piercing and slashing weapons like a skeleton.
6. It has a higher spell resistance then a normal dragon.
7. It is immune to anything that requires a Fortitude save unless it effects objects.
8. It is immune to polymorph, cold, and electricity effects.
You can tell the others up to two of these eight things as free actions.
You can tell three more (total of five) of them as a move equivalent action or you can tell all eight things as a full round action.

Remaining Initiative:
Thergan 12
Daniel 11 (Dex 22)
Vannyn 11 (Dex 12)
Dargo 8
Snaps 6
Armand 2

Remember, Vannyn, Daniel, and Snaps are prone. Standing up is a move-equivalent action that provokes an attack of opportunity (not that you really need to worry too much about AOOs since the dragon is now over 150 feet away).

DO NOT MEET IT’S EYES!” at those that are 100 feet away. He turns to those around him, his words rushed, almost frantic, “If it is like the Dracolich from the Sairin’s Ode, then we need to find it’s Phylactery to kill it. It is immune to Cold, Electricity, and Polymorph. It is undead and extremely resistant to both physical and magical attacks, even more so then a regular dragon. It can paralyze with both touch and gaze and is resistant to slashing and piercing weapons. We are in a lot of trouble, anyone have any idea where it’s phylactery could be?

Vannyn stands up and takes a quick step towards cover while Snaps scurries up to perch on his shoulder.

As Vannyn begins intoning a spell the air around the hole in the ceiling begins to shimmer and twist.

OOC: Begin casting Summon Monster VII summoning a Huge Air Elemental.

Daniel leaps to his feat, frowning he shouts at the dead dragon "GET BACK DOWN HERE YOU SORRY EXCUSE FOR A LIZARD!!!" And then moves over to Thergan "What would his Phylactery look like?"
Once he has an answer he'll head over to the ruins and start searching.

ooc: I am not sure I have time to answer, I expended my action relaying the information I did, may need to wait to next round.

OOG: Sorry for the late post. It has been a busy week and Enworld has been less then coorperative.

Thergan warns the others of what he recalls of a similar beast of legend.

Daniel asks his question and heads toward what is left of the keep, hoping the Thergan replies soon.

Vannyn begins casting his spell.

Dargo casts his spell and everyone feels the effects.

Snaps jumps up and scurries onto Vannyn’s shoulder watching his masters movements with interest.

Armand brings a column of holy fire down from the sky onto the dragon. You note that the dragon was quick to react to the spell and the spell only caught the right side of the dragon. (58 damage; passed reflex save for 29 damage)

Next Round:

Initiative:
Elrick 28
Ghannellis 23
Dead Dragon 15
Thergan 12
Daniel 11 (Dex 22)
Vannyn 11 (Dex 12)
Dargo 8
Snaps 6
Armand 2
